It’s important to have a consistent message and branding throughout your materials and we will make sure that happens.

Direct Mail Campaigns – We can coordinate, develop and implement any and all mailings including the design of the pieces, printing and mailing. We can also purchase unique, targeted mailing lists on your behalf as needed.

Email Marketing – We can systemetize your email marketing and/or develop a program and template for you to use. We can then write the copy, stories, find articles to link or guest writers to write on a regular basis for you or teach you how to do it so it will get done regularly. We will also teach you how to build your email list through other marketing means.

Event Planning – We can assist any business with the planning, hiring and coordinating of any event, open house, grand opening, ribbon cutting, anniversary event, customer appreciation party, etc. We have many vendors we have connections with that may offer our clients discounts so it’s always good to ask.

Graphic Design – We can brainstorm with clients and develop ideas for logos, materials, promotions and more. Then we can take them to our designers to jazz up or to our client’s designers, it doesn’t matter. Logo & Image Development – We take time in finding out as much about the client as possible in order to effectively come up with concepts for logo and image development. We incorporate company values, target market and personality into each design.

Marketing Plans – This is something no business should go without however they most always do. We can put together a comprehensive plan for advertising, publicity, promotions, networking, memberships, volunteering, vendoring as well as evaluate what your competition is doing, some basis market analysis and we include a budget on suggested expenditures.

Media Buying – We can deal with all those sales reps that call every week so you don’t have to. Promotions – We assist clients in determining the best and most attention getting in store or business promotions to gain exposure, new business or repeat business. We develop ideas, connect clients with other businesses to co-promote with and implement the promotions in every way.

Referrals – We figure out the best way for clients to gain more referrals, period.

Research & Analysis – We can research anything online for our clients as needed, we can conduct phone or email surveys to their databases or other lists and we can compile the results to advise on the implementation of specific marketing strategies based on our findings.

Sales & Cold Call Training – We help many clients each month fine tune their sales pitch, presentations or cold calling skills. We also speak to sales teams on database management and follow up or other subjects as needed.
